Vice President #1: CalebJ

I am the fourth out of eight children, and the second born son (I love to spend time with my family). My oldest sister is married and has two boys and a girl. My youngest sister is 4. My oldest nephew is 4 also. My Father is an Accountant who owns his own accounting firm. Mother is a stay at home mom, who taught & is still teaching (some of my siblings) all of our k-12 school. Daddy owns a 10 acre Almond Tree Farm which we live on that is about 4 miles outside of the city. We farm the Almond Orchard ourselves. My church background is a very conservative one, very much like the Amish & Mennonites. My interests are in bookkeeping (especially using QBS, I am already a proadvisor for QBS), accounting, taxes, investments, & computer work.
I love camping, swimming, volleyball, hiking, reading, watching sermons, listening to sermons, Bible Study, Business, Accounting & most of all my creator God!
I love studying about stewardship, and how it pertains to all areas of life. I love studying what a Biblical Worldview is! I love to study theology, & probably more heavy on the theology of Missions than other parts of theology.
And Most of All I love spending time with the one & only God & Savior, the one who brought me up out of a miry clay and set my feet upon a rock. The one who has broken the chains of bondage and has set me free, by spending time in his word, singing to him, praising him worshiping him, glorifying him, and praying to him. My favorite verse is 2 Chronicles 7:14.

My burden/passion/desire for the forums is that it is a spot where we build key relationships that will help us in our studies. This will be done by using the CP News & Announcements thread, the Library thread, the Marketplace thread, the student body thread, the debate hall thread, and even the Coffee break thread (even the Random Thoughts topic! :) ). I have a burden that we talk more about stewardship as it pertains to our lives on the forums. This would entail talking about stewardship of our time (time management), money, talents, possessions, health, etc. (all of life - except the illegal topics).

I am a part of BSP because I feel it is the best party that represents my views for the forums.

Vice President # 3: Heather

A little bit about me: My name is Heather, also known as “Mushroom” on the CP forums. I’m 20 years old, and I live on five acres in Northern California with my mom, dad, two brothers, and sister. I began College Plus in the fall of 2010, after graduating from high school in June of that same year. Since then I have been working on earning my BA in English through CP. Currently, I am a senior with 94 credits.

Some of my favorite hobbies and interests include reading, writing, acting, photography, health foods, music, creationism, classic movies, and being out among God’s creation. Most of all, I desire to learn more about my Savior, Jesus Christ, and grow to be like Him more and more every day.

Why I decided to join the BSP: First of all, I accepted an invitation to join from the BSP staff, but more importantly, I saw also that BSP was a party that stands for strong values about time, money, and stewardship. I believe it is especially important at this point in time to manage our resources wisely. The BSP is the party that can promote those values.

My vision for the forums: One thing that attracted me to the forums in the first place was the outgoing, friendly atmosphere, and the warm acceptance I received from the students on it. I desire the CP forums to become a place where students always put others first, especially in the Debate Hall, promote godly, beneficial discussions, and display an encouraging and welcoming spirit to new students. In addition, I would like the forums to continue being a place where CP students are able to interact with each other, share valuable study tips, and form lasting, godly friendships.
